January 13 – Your Faith Exercise Can Change Any Situation

Daily Bible Life

A woman who suffered persistent sickness for twelve years was adamant to receiving her healing, and she got it! She decided to violate Jewish tradition and touched Jesus Christ’s cloth to receive her healing. Her sickness immediately vanished the moment she took the step of faith. The scripture recorded,

“…So it was, when Jesus returned, that the multitude welcomed Him, for they were all waiting for Him. And behold, there came a man named Jairus, and he was a ruler of the synagogue. And he fell down at Jesus’ feet and begged Him to come to his house, for he had an only daughter about twelve years of age, and she was dying. But as He went, the multitudes thronged Him. Now a woman, having a flow of blood for twelve years, who had spent all her livelihood on physicians and could not be healed by any, came from behind and touched the border of His garment. And immediately her flow of blood stopped” (Luke 8:40-44).

Lesson:

Any sick person who trusts God for his/her healing miracle will receive it! Every believer can be an architect of his/her own healing by having faith in God faith. Meanwhile, a claim of faith to receive healing, deliverance, and others must be complemented with an active demonstration. A child of God must be able to perceive his/ her deliverance in the spirit mind and claim it at the same time. Once God sees the efforts, he will be challenged to demonstrate his remarkable strength to earn the fellow whatever he desired. In other words, active faith will enable a child of God to triumph in every situation of life!

Prayer:

Dear God, please teach me how to demonstrate active faith. Help me to put my faith into practice; let me demonstrate faith in a way that will result in my blessings. Right away, I am declaring and exercising my faith over every situation of my life: I declare in the name of Jesus Christ, every sickness to disappear! I bind and cast out every spirit of sickness, depression, and poverty from my life. I proclaim my healing and deliverance by the authority in the name of Jesus Christ. From now on, I am no more under the oppression of Satan; I am an overcomer, and I will forever overcome through the name of Jesus Christ, my Lord! Amen!
